Most wanted vacancies in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Oct. 10, 2025. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan marks positive dynamics in labor market. According to headhunter.kg platform, over 12,000 active vacancies were posted in the third quarter of 2025, a 7.1% increase compared to the same period last year. This indicates a steady increase in labor demand and a revival of economic activity in the country.

Bishkek continues to offer 91.1% of all posted vacancies, with a 7.4% increase.

Among other cities:

  • Osh — 3.3% (+0.5%),
  • Jalal-Abad — 0.8% (-15.8%),
  • Tokmok — 0.6% (+51.9%),
  • Kara-Balta — 0.4% (+35.0%),
  • Cholpon-Ata — 0.3% (+50.0%),
  • Balykchy — the largest increase of +136.4%,
  • Karakol — 0.6% (+5.9%),
  • Kant — decrease of 10.3%.

Thus, despite the capital's dominance, regional labor markets begin to activate, especially in tourist and industrial centers.

The largest number of job openings were in:

  • sales and customer service – 15.7% (+12.3%),
  • marketing, advertising, and PR – 10.6% (+21.6%),
  • sports, fitness, and beauty salons – 8.4% (+22.0%).

Significant growth was also noted in:

  • automotive – +23.4%,
  • information technology – +24.9%,
  • finance and accounting – +2.2%,
  • administrative services – +12.5%,
  • tourism, hospitality, and restaurant services – +6.0%.

It is worth noting that there is increase in science and education, where growth was 30.8%, as well as the insurance sector, where job openings increased for 112.5%.

At the same time, activity declines in:

  • construction and real estate (-3.2%),
  • blue-collar workers (-11.8%),
  • agriculture (-18.6%).

Experts say this is seasonal and temporary decline in hiring.

According to the results of the third quarter of 2025, the Kyrgyz labor market demonstrated an increase in the number of vacancies in service, technology, and management sectors. A more diversified employment structure is gradually emerging, with the growing importance of IT, education, and services, along with a trend toward strengthening regional markets and a shift in demand from traditional industries to new professional segments.
