The head of the city met Nariman Tyuleev, who spoke in detail about the current stage of construction, the results achieved and upcoming tasks. Representatives of the contractor, specialists from the capital construction department and project architects also took part in the inspection. The head of the city noted the stable pace of work and emphasized the importance of the project for the development of modern urban infrastructure:

“Thousands of citizens are looking forward to this facility. Back in May, when the capsule was laid, many thought that the project would take years to complete. But today we see construction progressing at a steady pace, in compliance with all technologies and safety standards. We strive not only to complete the work on time, but to give the capital a modern, comfortable and safe space,” emphasized Aibek Dzhunushaliev.

The work is being carried out in the difficult conditions of the central part of the city, where traffic and pedestrian flows. In this regard, the project was adjusted taking into account the requirements for traffic management and the safety of residents.

To increase the efficiency of construction, the number of specialists has been increased, a 24-hour work schedule has been introduced, and quality control has been strengthened at all stages.

To date, concrete work has been completed along Chui Avenue, a vapor barrier has been installed, and a two-layer waterproofing system is being installed. Work on leveling the surface, paving and landscaping the surrounding area will begin in the near future.

The underground parking for 250 cars is more than 60% complete. The complex includes a two-level parking lot, landscaped pedestrian areas and a barrier-free environment that ensures accessibility for all categories of citizens.

Director of the contracting company Nazgul Tuleyeva, showing the mayor the work being carried out, emphasized that the implementation of the complex is being carried out with special attention to the convenience of the capital’s residents:

“City residents are looking forward to the opening of Old Bishkek, and we are doing everything to justify this expectation. Work is carried out non-stop: specialists work around the clock. By the end of December, it is planned to fully open traffic along Chui Avenue and put the complex into operation. This means that all its systems will work, from engineering communications to social and commercial spaces. This project is about people and for people,” she emphasized. According to the contractor, work continues around the clock. It is planned that traffic along Chui Avenue will be fully open until the end of December this year, after which the complex will be put into operation.
