Bishkek, April 16, 2026 /Kabar/. The Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund (RKDF), together with Eldik Leasing, signed a tripartite agreement with Tez Stroy Group LLC. The fund will allocate 33 million soms to purchase modern equipment to expand precast concrete production in Talas region, Artem Novikov, RKDF Chairman reports.
According to him, Tez Stroy Group is currently the only company in the region capable of supplying the Talas region with its own precast concrete products for capital construction needs. The use of domestic materials not only accelerates construction but also significantly reduces their cost.
"The development of leasing programs is one of the priorities of the Russian Development Fund. Together with Eldik Leasing, we have already invested over $5 million in various projects across the country on a collateral-free basis. Construction is currently underway throughout the Talas region, from State Mortgage Company buildings to municipal roads. Tez Stroy Group will ensure an uninterrupted supply of domestic materials for these needs," the statement says.
The plant in Manas district produces a wide range of products: from foundation blocks and floor slabs to road barriers and irrigation channels. The design capacity allows for the production of dozens of units per day, with 100% of the output sold domestically.
