Bishkek, June 24, 2026. /Kabar/. The holding of Investment Business Forum in Bishkek creates new conditions for the development of sustainable investment and business ties between SCO member states, Ravshanbek Sabirov, head of National Investment Agency informs.
According to him, Kyrgyzstan, located along the Great Silk Road, combines a rich historical heritage with a developing digital economy, modern transport and logistics infrastructure, and innovative technologies, occupying an important place in strengthening connectivity in Eurasia.
In the year marking the 25th anniversary of the SCO, this forum promotes the strengthening of mutual trust, good-neighborliness, and partnership between states.
"Today, new opportunities are opening up for the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization to develop investment cooperation and implement joint initiatives. Our main goal is to create an effective platform for direct dialogue between government and business, ensure favorable conditions for investors, and facilitate the further development of investment partnerships in the region. Kyrgyzstan is open to cooperation and is ready to implement joint projects," noted Ravshanbek Sabirov.
