Bishkek, April 15, 2026. /Kabar/. As part of the meeting of agriculture ministers of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member states, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Erlist Akunbekov met with Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China Zhang Zhili.
According to the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, 17 protocols on agricultural exports have been signed, three more are in the approval stage, and draft documents are awaited for 32 other areas.
It is noted that the Kyrgyz side has expressed its readiness to expand cooperation and sign new agreements, including with the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China.
