Bishkek, April 28, 2026. /Kabar/. Secretary General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Nurlan Yermekbayev arrived in Bishkek, the Ministry of Defense reported.
The secretary general was met at the Manas International Airport by Talantbek Talipov, Commander-in-Chief of the Air Defense Forces of the Armed Forces.
Nurlan Yermekbayev is expected to participate in the meeting of defense ministers of the SCO member states.
