Bishkek, Oct. 13, 2025. /Kabar/. Final seminar on Improving the Security and Transparency of CRM Management in Central Asia was held in Bishkek.
According to the State Tax Service, the event was the final of series of international meetings dedicated to exchanging experience in transfer pricing and effective tax administration.
Opening the seminar, Kubanychbek Ysabekov, Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Service, emphasized the importance of implementing modern price control tools in transactions between related parties, including international companies.
According to him, the development of customer risk management (CRM) systems contributes to increased transparency, strengthens tax discipline, and builds trust between businesses and the government.
The seminar focused on CRM systems data protection, as well as the use of analytical and monitoring tools to improve the efficiency of tax administration. Participants shared experiences in implementing digital solutions aimed at preventing tax violations and improving the quality of administration.
Nauryzbek Abdyokhapov, expert from Kazakhstan presented a successful case study on strengthening capacity to combat tax evasion. He demonstrated the practical results of implementing modern risk management tools to improve tax collection and minimize budget losses.
The seminar was held in an open discussion format, allowing representatives of tax authorities, international organizations, and businesses to discuss current challenges and develop recommendations for the further development of CRM and tax control tools in the region.
The organizers noted that the agreements reached and the exchange of experiences will contribute to strengthening cooperation between government agencies and businesses and will also contribute to increased transparency and trust in the tax sector in Central Asia.
