Bishkek, May 14, 2026 /Kabar/. Temir Sariev, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, participated in a meeting between Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and heads of foreign chambers of commerce and industry, held as part of the 17th International Economic Forum "Russia – Islamic World: KazanForum 2026" in Kazan.
According to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the event brought together representatives of 27 foreign chambers of commerce and industry and delegations from Russian regions, becoming a key platform for developing international business cooperation.
During the meeting, Temir Sariev emphasized the importance of strengthening partnerships between the business communities of Islamic countries, noting the high potential for cooperation in trade, investment, industrial cooperation, and logistics.
"Today, chambers of commerce and industry are becoming an effective bridge between governments and businesses. It is important for Kyrgyzstan to expand international ties, open new markets, and build sustainable partnerships," he noted.
