Bishkek, June 3, 2026. /Kabar/. The first business center of the Tamchy Special Financial and Investment Zone (SFIT) will open in Issyk-Kul, Ministry of Economy and Commerce informs.
According to the information, the business center will house the offices of the management company of the financial and investment zone. There will also be multifunctional conference rooms. The restaurant and cafe will open on the territory of the facility in the near future.
The opening of the Tamchy SFIT business center is the beginning of the real operational activity of the zone. We are building financial and logistical bridges between the markets of the CIS countries, Asia, the Middle East, Europe and Africa. Today, the first address of that bridge has appeared, and active preparations are underway to receive the first residents here,” said Ayaz Baetov, Chairman of the Tamchy SFIT Management Board, Minister of Justice.
Shortly before the opening of the business center, the SFIT Management Board established a management company, approved a development plan for the financial center, and adopted the first package of regulatory legal documents. At the same time, the selection of the chairman and judges of the International Dispute Resolution Center is underway.
Tamchy special financial and investment zone was established last year. By 2035, it is planned to locate more than 3,900 companies in the area and create more than 10,000 jobs.
