Bishkek, May 26, 2026 /Kabar/. Kyrgyz Finance Minister Ruslan Suinaliev, as part of the media project "Open Cabinet: Territory of Responsibility," visited Asyl Tash ceramics factory in Ivanovka village, Ysyk-Ata district, Chui region. The project to launch this facility received significant government support: the Ministry of Finance acted as a guarantor on behalf of the state, ensuring the necessary financial resources for production and stimulating the development of the region's industrial sector.
"Since 2023, the state financial holding company has financed 26 large-scale projects totaling 66 billion soms, including this factory. To date, the combined contribution of these projects to the Kyrgyz economy has already reached approximately 113 billion soms," the minister noted.
According to Ruslan Suinaliev, the total cost of the project was $40 million, $25 million of which was allocated by the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund.
Asyl Tash Plant Director Kubanych Ryskeldiev explained that the plant's production site occupies 25,000 square meters, with a daily capacity of 8,500 square meters.

According to him, 70% of the plant's raw materials (stone, sand, and soil) are domestically produced, while 30% are imported from Russia and Kazakhstan. The plant is currently successfully developing its export business, supplying products to these same countries.
The manufacturer's product range includes over 100 different products.
"The successful launch of the plant was made possible by effective interdepartmental cooperation. The state provided full support to the project at all stages, from design to the launch of production lines, ensuring close coordination with all regulatory and permitting authorities,” said Ryskeldiev.
