According to the Cabinet of Ministers, the plan provides for a set of specific and operational measures aimed at curbing inflation, ensuring the financial and physical availability of socially important goods, increasing domestic production, and strengthening the country's food security.

The draft plan includes the following specific measures:

* Increasing domestic meat production: increasing the number of productive livestock by at least 20,000 head;

* State price control: strengthening pricing controls and preventing unjustified price increases for meat;

* Support for the agricultural sector: preferential lending to enterprises in the agro-industrial complex and the oilseed industry, as well as subsidies for the dairy and poultry sectors;

* Development of warehouse logistics: construction of modern warehouse facilities with a total capacity of 18,000 tons in all seven regions of the republic;

* Food independence: supplying wheat to 100% meet the country's domestic needs, as well as purchasing 20,000 tons of wheat from domestic farmers to replenish state reserves and conduct commodity interventions;

* Resource base for agricultural producers: provision of farms with 68,000 tons of seeds and the necessary volumes of mineral fertilizers;

* Reducing intermediary chains: developing direct supplies of agricultural products and expanding the network of retail outlets operating without intermediaries;

Implementation of the planned set of measures will help keep inflation within the target range agreed upon with the National Bank of Kyrgyz Republic at 7%.

Daniyar Amangeldiev noted the establishment of special oversight over the implementation of the Plan and the personal responsibility of heads of state bodies for the timely and high-quality completion of the assigned tasks.

The total funding for the activities approved for 2026–2027 will amount to 36 billion 635 million soms.
