Bishkek, Jan. 13, 2026. /Kabar/. Until January 1, 2030, uniform insurance premium rates of 12%, calculated based on 40% of the average monthly salary, have been established for all entities in the garment and textile industries.
According to the State Tax Service press service, the minimum income tax rate will also be 1% of the average monthly salary for employees in the garment and textile industry.
Thus, starting January 1, 2026, these entrepreneurs will pay an insurance premium of 12% of 40% of the average monthly salary per employee, amounting to 2,115.5 soms, as well as an income tax of 1% of the average monthly salary, or 440.7 soms. The total amount of payments per employee is 2,556.2 soms.
It is noted that the average monthly salary in 2026 is 44,070 soms.
As a reminder, on December 31, 2025, President Sadyr Zhaparov signed a law amending several legislative acts in the areas of taxation and social security.
The law is aimed at supporting entrepreneurs, individuals, and legal entities and was adopted as part of the implementation of the decree of December 5, 2025, on measures to support the economy.
