Bishkek, Nov. 3, 2025. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan exported 237.2 tons of honey in the first nine months of 2025, which is 26.2 tons more than in the same period last year, the State Inspectorate for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Security under the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry said.
In 2024, 211.1 tons were exported.
According to data, the value of honey exports from January to June of this year exceeded 54 million soms (approximately $620,000).

Experts note that Kyrgyzstan is traditionally considered an ecologically clean region, and the diversity of natural zones and mountain meadows imparts a unique flavor to honey.
This increases its competitiveness in Asian and Middle Eastern markets, where demand for natural products is growing.
Strengthening export positions contributes to the development of beekeeping and increases the income of rural producers.
