Bishkek, Sept. 24, 2025. /Kabar/. On October 3, 2025, Bishkek will host CYBER KÜN 2025, a major conference on the strategic development of cybersecurity and the improvement of legislation in this field. The event is organized by TSARKA Kyrgyzstan with the support of international partners, including Fortinet, the e-Governance Academy, and the Digital Resilience Association.
The conference comes amid rising cases of cyber fraud and financial risks affecting both government agencies and private citizens. Its goal is to develop effective defense mechanisms and strengthen the country’s digital resilience.
One of the headline speakers will be Ilmar Toom, head of the supervisory authority for Estonia’s state information systems. Estonia is recognized as a global leader in e-government and cybersecurity, consistently ranking high in the Global Cybersecurity Index (GCI) published by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). Toom’s participation will give attendees access to Estonia’s best practices and cutting-edge approaches to national digital security.
