Bishkek, April 1, 2025. /Kabar /. The Torugart and Irkeshtam checkpoints located on the Kyrgyz-Chinese section of the state border will be temporarily closed on April 4, 2025.
According to the Border Service, the decision was made on the initiative of the Chinese side, in connection with the celebration of Qingming- the Day of Remembrance of the Dead in China.
The passage of people, vehicles and cargo through the Irkeshtam and Torugart checkpoints will be resumed on April 5, 2025.
