Bishkek, Aug. 20, 2025 /Kabar/. The first social store "Eurasia" for pensioners and people with disabilities will open in Bishkek.
The initiative to open the social store is being implemented within the framework of a memorandum of cooperation between the Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization "Eurasia" and the Kyrgyz Republic. The main goal of the project is to provide real support to the elderly and citizens with disabilities.
The store will offer food and essential goods at prices directly from manufacturers.
The initiators emphasized that the social store does not aim to make a profit. It is aimed exclusively at social assistance.
"It is important to emphasize: the social store "Eurasia" is not a business. There will be no goal of making a profit. We create conditions so that the elderly and citizens with disabilities can purchase essential goods at fair prices from manufacturers," said Kymbat Urumkulova, Director of the Public Foundation "Eurasia KG".
Preparatory work is currently being completed: equipment is being installed, logistics are being established, and deliveries are being formed.
