Bishkek, April 16, 2025. /Kabar/. Minister of Labor, Social Security and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic Ravshanbek Sabirov signed a memorandum of cooperation with one of the oldest travel companies in Japan - Nippon Travel Agency.
The ministry reported that during the meeting a memorandum of understanding was signed, which lays a solid foundation for institutional partnership and the implementation of joint projects in the field of labor mobility, education and tourism.
Sabirov emphasized the importance of developing direct interaction with authoritative Japanese organizations, noting the high human resources potential of Kyrgyzstanis and the growing interest of young people in studying and finding employment abroad. The parties expressed mutual interest in launching internship and training programs, especially in the areas of tourism, hotel services and customer service.
The Japanese side, in turn, confirmed its readiness to accept Kyrgyzstanis on a priority basis if they have knowledge of the Japanese language, as well as to employ them through existing partner networks in Japan. The growing interest of Japanese citizens in tourist trips to the Kyrgyz Republic was especially noted, which creates the potential for the development of bilateral tourism.
Nippon Travel Agency expressed its readiness for direct cooperation with the ministry, which will become the basis for a sustainable and mutually beneficial partnership in the humanitarian and social spheres.
