Kyrgyz delegation participates in first competitions of special forces of Central Asian countries

Bishkek, Sept. 9, 2025 /Kabar/. The first competitions in professional skills among employees of special forces of the Ministry of Public Security of China and the Ministries of Internal Affairs of the Central Asian countries are being held in the city of Urumqi in the People's Republic of China on September 8 -11.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the participants include a delegation of the ministry headed by Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Major General of Police Oktyabr Urmambetov.

The competitions have become a unique platform for demonstrating professional skills, exchanging experience and developing practical cooperation between the security forces of the countries of the region.

During the opening ceremony, the organizers emphasized that holding such events not only helps to improve the level of training of employees, but also to strengthen trust and mutual understanding between states.

The participating teams will compete for several days in performing complex tactical tasks that require a high level of physical endurance, professional knowledge and well-coordinated teamwork.

The Kyrgyz side noted the importance of participating in such competitions, since the experience gained will allow introducing new approaches to training special forces personnel, as well as developing international cooperation in the field of security.
