Bishkek, June 2, 2026. /Kabar/. On June 1, Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeenbek Kulubaev spoke at the UN General Assembly debate on the topic " The role of mediation in the peaceful resolution of disputes, conflict prevention and resolution."
According to the ministry, Jeenbek Kulubaev touched upon regional efforts to strengthen security and emphasized the historical achievement of the Central Asian states in peacefully resolving border issues.
The General Assembly highly appreciated the achievements of the countries of the region, which was once again confirmed by the unanimous adoption of the UN resolution "On the peaceful resolution of border disputes."
At the highest rostrum of the organization, the minister confirmed Kyrgyzstan's readiness to cooperate with all member states in order to strengthen peace, mutual trust and cooperation.
He also noted that Kyrgyzstan has sufficient practical experience in this area and is proposing a specific program of actions that are supported in the region.
