Bishkek, Oct. 27, 2025 / Kabar/. Kyrgyz beekeepers received high recognition for their products at the 4th International Honey Festival held in Namangan from October 24 to 26.
A delegation led by Mirzamat Kebekbaev, Head of the International Relations Department of the Osh Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry, actively participated in the festival’s events. Beekeepers from Toktogul District of Jalal-Abad Region showcased a wide range of ecologically pure mountain honey and other bee products, captivating both guests and local residents.
According to the Namangan regional administration, Kyrgyz honey sparked strong interest among consumers and enjoyed high demand throughout the festival. The program also included scientific and practical conferences, sports competitions, craft exhibitions, and cultural performances.
This year’s festival gathered over 150 local and international beekeepers, attracting nearly 2,500 foreign visitors and up to 10,000 local tourists.
