The parties discussed the expansion of existing educational and expert programs. The Dutch Embassy is already implementing initiatives to train young specialists in water diplomacy and organizes study tours to the Netherlands for representatives of Central Asian water agencies. Plans for 2025–2026 were discussed, including a possible partnership with Dutch research institutes.
