Bishkek, June 18, 2025. /Kabar/. The State Agency for State Property Management has announced an open online auction for the sale of land plots located in the lower part of the all-season Ala-Too Resort mountain cluster under construction in the Ak-Suu district of the Issyk-Kul region.
The decision was made pursuant to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 486-r dated June 16, 2025.
49 lots with a total area of about 6.5 hectares are put up for auction. The plots are intended for the construction of tourist infrastructure facilities - hotels (3*, 4*, 5*), VIP cottages, ethno-townhouses, restaurants, cafes, SPA complexes and other commercial facilities.
The starting price of the plots varies from 3,067,200 to 336,960,000 soms. The area of the lots is from 216 to 15,660 square meters. The term for commissioning the facilities is 2 years from the date of registration of ownership.
Each plot is provided with urban planning documentation, title documents, development plan, market valuation, technical conditions for connection to infrastructure and information on the absence of encumbrances.
The Ala-Too Resort project, previously known as Three Peaks, received the status of a project of national importance in June 2025. The resort will become the largest ski cluster in Central Asia:
the total length of the slopes will be 250 km,
it will be able to receive up to 2 million tourists annually,
about 4,600 jobs will be created.

Dates of the auctions: July 15 - 18, 2025.
Participants must provide an application, a copy of an identity document, and a payment document for making a security deposit (10% of the starting price of the lot). For legal entities - additional copies of constituent documents and a power of attorney.
For foreigners: land plots are provided on the terms of urgent use for a period of up to 49 years in accordance with the Land Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
