Bishkek, July 9, 2025. /Kabar/. As part of the state visit of President Sadyr Zhaparov to Tajikistan, a memorandum on cooperation in the social sphere was signed between the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population of Tajikistan.
The document was signed by Minister of Labor, Social Security and Migration Ravshanbek Sabirov and Minister of Health and Social Protection of the Population of Tajikistan Jamoliddin Abdullo Abdullozoda.
The Labor Ministry reported that, the purpose of the memorandum is to strengthen bilateral cooperation in the field of social protection of the population by developing effective mechanisms to support vulnerable categories of citizens.
Cooperation also provides for the exchange of experience in social policy and digitalization, development of gender-sensitive approaches, professional development, as well as participation in joint professional events.
The signing of the memorandum was an important step on the way to strengthening bilateral relations and will allow the parties to jointly solve urgent social problems aimed at the well-being of citizens, the report said.
