Kyrgyzstan may purchase from Russia modern medical equipment for sanatorium and resort facilities, Elmira Usenova, Deputy Chief of the Presidential Property Management Department, told at the opening of an exhibition of medical equipment for sanatoriums and resorts.
"Our goal is to make Kyrgyzstan's health resort facilities can provide the most modern health and preventive procedures to their clients. That is why this exhibition opened today so that representatives of resorts and health resorts could choose the equipment they need, which will be purchased in the near future," Usenova said.
The exhibition presents equipment from Russian companies that allows for a large number of different health procedures, including the rehabilitation of seriously ill patients after a stroke.
"We would like our resorts and health resorts to come as close as possible to world standards and be able to provide services not only to our citizens, but also to residents of near and far abroad," she noted.
The exhibition of medical equipment is being held as part of the scientific and practical conference "Modern Health Resorts and Health Resorts of Kyrgyzstan - a New View and Development Prospects," which opened today at the state residence.
