Since the establishment of the State Mortgage Company (SMC) of Kyrgyzstan, approximately 15,000 citizens have become apartment owners across the country, Myrzagul Sardarbekova, head of the State Mortgage Company's representative office in Chui Oblast, told live at the Kabar News Agency.
According to her, 70,000 apartments are currently under construction across the country.
"Apartment buildings are currently under construction in the Jalal-Abad, Issyk-Kul, Chui, Osh, and Naryn Oblasts. By the end of the year, apartments will be delivered in Tash-Komur and Suzak in the Jalal-Abad region. Around a thousand apartments will be handed over on Malikov Street in Bishkek," she said.
The State Mortgage Company of Kyrgyzstan has started working since 2015.
