Bishkek, July 16, 2025. /Kabar/. In Bishkek, an Uzbek company will build a multifunctional complex, the Bishkek Mayor’s Office reported.
The signing of the Investment Agreement took place between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, represented by the Bishkek Mayor’s Office and a foreign enterprise in the form of Hyper Partners LLC (Uzbekistan).
On behalf of the Kyrgyz side, the document was signed by Mayor Aibek Dzhunushaliev, on behalf of the investor - by the company's CEO Boburbek Usmanov.
The agreement provides for the implementation of an investment project for the construction of a multifunctional complex in Bishkek, which will include:
- a modern business center;
- residential and commercial areas;
- hotel apartments;
- retail and catering facilities;
- a landscaped area with recreational areas, landscaping and a parking lot.
The project also includes the construction of an educational complex. It will consist of a mosque accommodating up to 25,000 people and a religious educational institution, a madrasah.
The project is aimed at developing urban infrastructure, improving the investment climate, creating jobs and introducing modern architectural solutions into the appearance of the capital.
