Bishkek, Dec. 29, 2025 /Kabar/. Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov signed decree on State Awards, Honorary Titles, and State Prizes of the Kyrgyz Republic, and Article 71 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, it is decreed:
To deprive Almazbek Atambaev of the following state awards of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1) the highest degree of distinction of the Kyrgyz Republic "Kyrgyz Respublikasynyn Baatyry";
2) the Order of Manas, 2nd degree;
3) Order of Danaker;
4) Medal of Dank.
Cancel:
1) Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic "On awarding the Medal of Dank to A.Sh. Atambaev" dated April 22, 1999, No. 106;
2) Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic "On awarding the Order of Danaker to A.Sh. Atambaev" dated November 27, 2007, No. 518;
3) paragraph three of the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic "On awarding state awards to state and public figures of the republic" dated November 30, 2011, No. 311;
4) Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic "On conferring the highest degree of distinction "Kyrgyz Respublikasynyn Baatyry" to A.Sh. Atambaev" dated November 27, 2017, No. 1.
- Service under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic shall, in accordance with the established procedure, take measures to confiscate state awards of the Kyrgyz Republic and accompanying documents specified in paragraph 1 of this Decree for subsequent transfer to the state awards fund.
- Decree shall enter into force on the date of signing.
