Kyrgyz Agroholding and Hungarian company sign agreement worth 100 mln dollars

Bishkek, June 25, 2025. /Kabar/. Today, within the framework of the IV Turkic Business Agroforum, held in Issyk-Kul, Kyrgyz Agroholding JSC and the Hungarian Umvelt Group signed a Framework Agreement on five-year investment cooperation. The total amount of the agreement was 100 million US dollars.

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic reported that the document provides for the implementation of joint projects in the agro-industrial complex of Kyrgyzstan, including the modernization of poultry farming, the development of livestock breeding and the introduction of modern agricultural technologies.

As part of the visit, representatives of Umvelt Group got acquainted with the existing infrastructure: they visited a poultry farm in the Issyk-Ata district of the Chui region, as well as the Elita breeding farm in the Alamudun district.

The agreement became an important step in strengthening international cooperation and attracting direct investment in the agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic.
