Bishkek, April 21, 2025. /Kabar/. The Kyrgyz national boxing team successfully performed at the International Open Tournament held in Pueblo, Colorado (USA).
According to the State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports, following the competition, Kyrgyz athletes won six medals: four gold, one silver and one bronze.
Gold medals:
Anvar Khodzhiev (weight category up to 50 kg)
Zafarbek Kamilov (up to 55 kg)
Munarbek Seyitbek uulu (up to 60 kg)
Ikhtiyar Nishanov (up to 70 kg)
Silver medal:
Eldar Turdubaev (up to 70 kg)
Bronze medal:
Almaz Orozbekov (up to 65 kg)
The Kyrgyz team took part in the tournament under the leadership of head coach Daniyar Tologon uulu and senior coach Akyikat Abaev.
