Bishkek, Dec. 2, 2025. /Kabar/. The Kyrgyz company “Elit Mozzarella” continues to expand its production and strengthen its position in the dairy processing sector.

According to the Ministry of Agriculture, the enterprise successfully produces natural dairy products and supplies both the domestic and foreign markets with high-quality and safe goods.

The company specializes in the production of natural dairy products, including mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, and butter. Its production line is equipped with modern machinery, allowing it to process up to 15 tons of milk per day, ensuring stable output and high product quality.

“Elit Mozzarella” pays particular attention to meeting international food safety requirements. The enterprise is certified under the FSSC 22000 standard, confirming a high level of quality control and safety at all stages of production.

The company’s products are aimed at replacing imported premium cheeses in the domestic market of Kyrgyzstan. In addition, its dairy products are exported to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, further expanding the presence of Kyrgyz producers in foreign markets.
