Bishkek, Sept. 12, 2025 /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan has the highest rate of economic growth among the EAEU countries, Russian Ambassador to the Kyrgyz Republic Sergei Vakunov told on the air of Birinchi Radio.
He noted that the role of Kyrgyzstan in such organizations as the SCO, CSTO and the EAEU is active and productive.
"These are associations of states where each country has its own voice and where it is not subjected to any pressure to impose its point of view. These are organizations of like-minded people who are primarily focused on creation. Last year, Kyrgyzstan increased its GDP by 4.4% in the EAEU structure, and another 2% this year. Last year, Kyrgyzstan's growth rate was about 9%, and this year, for the first half of the year, it was 11.7%, which is very significant growth," the ambassador emphasized.
