Bishkek, June 23, 2025. /Kabar/. An auction of facilities to be built in Jyrgalan town of Kyrgyzstan will be held on July 15 -18, Director of the Ala-Too Resort state institution, Zharkynbek Maksutov told at a press conference at Kabar Agency.
According to him, currently, through the support of mobile operators, SMS messages are being sent to citizens' phones with invitations to participate in the auction. The facilities will be built as part of the project to create Ala-Too Resort mountain and ski classes.

"President Sadyr Japarov gave an instruction to conduct the auction in a transparent manner. The online auction will be held by the State Property Management Fund on the electronic trading platform. Applications from those wishing to participate in the auction have been accepted since June 18. Applicants will need to upload the relevant documents to the platform https://auctionetp.gov.kg. So far, no applications for participation in the auction have been received," he said.
Also, Zharkynbek Maksutov noted that 3916 hectares of land from the Khan-Tengri rural district of the Ak-Suu district of the Issyk-Kul region were allocated for indefinite use for the implementation of the Ala-Too Resort project. Land plots were allocated for the three main resorts in the project. Of these, 1624.66 hectares were allocated to the “Jyrgalan” resort, 945.92 hectares to “Ak-Bulak” and 1345 hectares to “Boz-Uchuk”.
“The master plan of the Jyrgalan town has been approved. The total area of the town is 58 hectares. Currently, work has begun on the Jyrgalan resort as part of the Ala-Too Resort project. 6.5 hectares of land will be put up for auction in 49 lots. The land plots will range in size from 216 square meters to 15,660 square meters,” said Maksutov.
Zhanbolot Tutkabaev, head of the Department of Lease Relations of the State Agency for State Property Management, added that the price of lots at the auction will start from 3 million 67 thousand 200 soms and will reach 336 million 960 thousand soms. Investors participating in the auction must pay a security deposit. Its amount is 10 percent of the initial price of the lot.
Investors must complete the construction of the facilities specified in the project within two years. As indicated in the project, the “Jyrgalan” resort will include 120 kilometers of ski trails, 5-4-3 star guest houses, cottages, glamping, a spa complex and an ethno town, conference halls. It was stated that the construction work will have minimal impact on the environment and will be carried out in accordance with international environmental standards.
