Kyrgyzstan's GDP growth rate never fell below 10% in 2025 - head of Cabinet

Bishkek, Aug. 29, 2025 /Kabar/. During 2025, the growth rate of Kyrgyzstan's gross domestic product never fell below 10%, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev told at the opening ceremony of the Valentina Tereshkova School in Osh.

According to the head of the Cabinet, in January-July 2025, GDP growth was 11.5%, and in nominal terms, the economy exceeded 865 billion soms.

Kasymaliev emphasized that based on the results of 8 months of the current year, the approved consolidated budget plan for 2025, set at 708.9 billion soms, has been fully implemented.

“We officially declare that the 2025 budget has already been fully implemented. By the end of the year, its volume is projected to be over 1 trillion soms,” the head of the Cabinet noted.
