Bishkek, July 4, 2025 /Kabar/. On July 4, 2025, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and Hua Rui LLC (China) signed an investment agreement on the implementation of a project to build a plant for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks in the Chui region, the National Investment Agency reported.
The project is aimed at developing the industrial potential of the region, creating new jobs, and introducing modern technologies into the construction industry. The implementation will provide the domestic market with high-quality construction materials and expand the export capabilities of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The construction of the plant began in May 2025. The project is scheduled to be completed within five years.
The agreement was signed based on the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated June 2, 2025.
The initiative is being implemented within the framework of the state policy to attract foreign direct investment.
