Bishkek, Oct. 27, 2025. /Kabar/. The annual World Savings Day campaign has launched in Kyrgyzstan. It aims to improve financial literacy and foster a culture of rational use of funds.
According to the National Bank, the events will be held from October 27 to 31 under the coordination of the National Bank with the assistance of government agencies, financial institutions, the Deposit Protection Agency, and other financial sector participants.
The main goal of World Savings Day is to raise awareness among citizens about the importance of financial planning, careful management of personal savings, and rational management of income.
Thematic open lessons, lectures, interactive games, excursions, open days, competitions, and quizzes will be held in Bishkek and other regions of the country.
Participants will include government agencies, commercial banks, insurance companies, educational institutions, and representatives of the financial sector.
During the campaign, residents will be able to learn about modern savings and investment tools, the advantages of deposit products, and how to safely preserve and grow their savings.
