Bishkek, Nov. 26, 2025./Kabar/. Kyrgyz State Agency for Civil Service and Local Self-Government under the Cabinet of Ministers, together with the Kyzmat state institution under the Presidential administration and Tunduk open joint-stock company, have integrated the electronic workbook into the Tunduk mobile app.
The electronic workbook is available to employees of organizations working through the e-Kyzmat system.
To view the electronic workbook, citizens must log into the Tunduk mobile app, open the "Certificates" section, select the "Extract from Electronic Workbook" service, and submit a request. The request is processed instantly, after which an electronic document is generated.
This innovation provides citizens with quick and convenient access to official information and is aimed at expanding the digitalization of government services.
