According to him, this decision is being made taking into account public discontent and the demands of the heads of state.
"Chairman of the State Committee for National Security, Kamchybek Tashiev, said: 'Some aspects of the project have been changed; please reconsider everything.' Among other things, this concerns the demolition of the third floor of the building and the widening of the roadway. All these requirements will be met, and appropriate adjustments will be made. If we made a mistake, we apologize. The public's opinion is important to us. Therefore, the project will be revised.
The road will be made three lanes on each side, for a total of six lanes. If the weather is good, the road will be completed this year. Otherwise, construction will be postponed until next year. However, we will open the road to traffic. It will open on December 12," he noted.
